About Captain Bill

Captain Bill Zbieszkowski was born in Chicago IL. He worked for UPS as A District Labor Relations Manager and Co Chair of the Southern Region Area Parcel Grievance Committee. During his 30 year career he negotiated Contracts and Labor disputes with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.

Long an avid boater and fisherman, he previously owned boats that he fished In the Pacific Ocean as well as the Gulf of Mexico, the Florida Straits and Florida Bay.

After leaving UPS, he chose a second career as a Captain and Guide on the Texas coast where he resides in Rockport TX. Bill continues to fish the off season in the Florida Keys and Costa Rica.

Captain Bill “Z” is a Licensed Coast Guard Captain fully insured. He holds an OUPV and Master Inland License. Bill is also a member of the Coastal Bend Guides Association and is in accordance with all DOT/USCG rules and regulations. In addition Captain Bill is a Certified Captain/Guide and member of the International Game Fish Association. Bill practices catch and release of trophy fish to preserve the natural fisheries of the Texas Coast.
